Put a piece of Moonstone next to your bed to enhance relaxation and facilitate a deep sleep. Close your eyes and lie on your back. Breathe naturally. Starting with each foot, imagine tension draining out of that body part as you exhale - leaving it completely relaxed. Move to each arm, then your head. If thoughts arise, do not get stuck on it - let it go and circle back to the mediation. After releasing tension from your head, repeat:
"I release the stress of my day and drift off into a deep, refreshing sleep."
It's hard to stay motivated when when can't see immediate results. It's easy to lose sight of the end result when there is a lack of motivation to get us there.
Using consistent visualization is key here. Use this meditation for motivation once or twice a day until you hit that goal!

Hold Carnelian and/or Clear Quartz in your nondominant hand. In a comfy position, close your eyes and breathe naturally. Imagine yourself already achieving your goal, details matter. Visualize what you are wearing, how you are feeling in that moment, how your life will look with this goal achieved. Repeat 10 times:
"I am energized, focused on {name the goal} and motivated to succeed."
